Don't Have a 7D License Yet?
No problem. XFive Transportation will guide you through the process of obtaining your Massachusetts 7D (school pupil transport) license. We work with motivated candidates who are committed to professional student transportation.

Drive established routes transporting students to and from school safely and on time. Must hold or be willing to obtain a Massachusetts 7D license.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain 7D license (we assist)
- Pass CORI/SORI background check
- Professional, patient demeanor
Provide compassionate, specialized transportation for students with special needs. Training provided for working with students who have physical, cognitive, or behavioral challenges.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts 7D license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with special needs populations preferred
- Clean CORI/SORI background
- Patient, empathetic communication skills
- Ability to assist students with mobility needs
Assist drivers by monitoring student behavior, ensuring seatbelt compliance, and supporting students with special needs during transport.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean CORI/SORI background check
- Experience with children preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to depot
